SOUTHWEST CHICKEN WINGS
A Super Bowl without chicken wings is IMPOSSIBLE !
A beer, wings is the ultimate, isn't it?
Watch out, spicy wings here :-)
But with the sauce that accompanies them, it makes them a little sweeter!
INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings, enough to feed all the kids. Here I must admit that it takes a lot, especially when I serve them as a main meal.
2 good big tablespoons of the "South-West" mixture
A drizzle of olive oil
For the sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Zest and juice of one lime
1 handful of finely chopped fresh coriander
1 C. tablespoons Louisiana and Cajun sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Marinate the wings in the "Sud-Ouest" mixture and olive oil for a few hours in the refrigerator. (Optional, but the wings will taste even better this way)
Place the wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Be careful not to overlap them so that they are crispy. Heat the oven to 400 and bake the wings for about 25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
For the sauce
Mix all the ingredients and set aside.
Serve the sauce on the wings and TADAM! Simple and tasty!
