EGG ROLL BOWL
Do you like egg rolls, but avoid eating them too often because of the fried dough?!!
I have the solution for you, here is the bowl version!!!
1 clove of garlic
1 good big c. tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
2 pounds of ground beef (if you have an optimal freezer, you already have some cooked with Les Savoureux steak and BBQ spices, which you froze for 4 hours on a cookie sheet and then bagged)
4-5 cups shredded green cabbage or 1 1/2 bag store-bought coleslaw
1 tbsp fish seasoning mix
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Water
2 beaten eggs
Sesame seeds, shallots. Fresh coriander, Sriracha sauce, peanuts for garnish, according to your tastes!
Cook the ground beef or add the already cooked one).
Add the shredded cabbage, soy sauce and a little water.
Add the fish spice mix.
Add the beaten eggs.
When all the ingredients are well blended, add the garnish of your choice
** Add a little water to avoid sticking if required.
