TURKEY AND ZUCCHINI BURGERS

Makes: 4 to 6 regular burger patties | 8 to 12 mini burgers
Storage: 3 to 4 days in the fridge | Freeze raw or cooked
1 lb ground turkey
1 grated zucchini
1 tsp our Les Savoureux Roasted Garlic blend
1 tbsp our Les Savoureux Montreal Steak blend
1 tbsp our Les Savoureux Greek blend
1 egg
⅓ cup Italian breadcrumbs

4 to 6 hamburger buns
Your favorite burger toppings
(tomatoes, onion, lettuce, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)
🍳 Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well until the mixture is evenly combined.
Shape into patties of similar size, depending on whether you want regular burgers or mini sliders.
Cook on the BBQ or in a skillet for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the center is fully cooked.
Then assemble the burgers with the buns and toppings of your choice.
