🥘 Ingredients
1 large cauliflower
1 tbsp our Les Savoureux Perfect Chicken blend
1 tbsp our Les Savoureux Grill blend
1 to 2 leeks, depending on size, cut into thin half-moons
(In this recipe, the whole leek is used: both the white and the green parts)
¼ cup olive oil
🍳 Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash the vegetables well.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, like you would for a veggie platter, then set aside.
Cut the leeks lengthwise, then rinse the inside well to remove any dirt.
Slice them thinly, then add them to the cauliflower.
Add the olive oil, our Perfect Chicken blend, and our Grill blend.
Mix well so all the vegetables are evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, a silicone mat, or aluminum foil.
Spread the vegetables on the baking sheet.
Bake, stirring every 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and nicely roasted.
Serve right away.
