Fresh summer dishes, I will never get tired of them!
Let's take advantage of Quebec strawberries when it's the season, they are so much tastier!
454g sliced strawberries
A bunch of coarsely chopped fresh basil
A bunch of coarsely chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. tablespoons white or brown balsamic vinegar
1 C. Greek mix
Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and set aside.
Slice strawberries and add dressing, basil, and mint.
Place the strawberry and herb mixture on a serving platter and place the burrata in the center.
CAUTION: Do not make this dish ahead of time, as the strawberries won't look great after a few hours of soaking in the dressing.
