INGREDIENTS
fish mix
1 medium potato mash
2 crab or lobster canes in water (well drained)
2 tsp Fish Seasoning
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Coating
1 cup flour
A beaten egg
1 cup commercial breadcrumbs
PREPARATION

Sauté 2 canes of crab or lobster in water in the pan.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients and form small sticks.
Coating
Dip each of the croquettes in the beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
Gently place the croquettes in the hot oil (to check if the oil is hot enough, put a pinch of breadcrumbs in it and if the oil bubbles around it, it is hot enough). Place only 2 croquettes at a time so as not to cool the oil too much. When the oil has regained its heat you can add another one.Cook the croquettes for about 3 minutes on each side.
If you want to avoid the frying smell during your romantic evening, you can make them ahead of time and warm them up in the oven!
