CRAB CAKE BBQ
This recipe is easy to make, but a little longer than our other recipes. Open a good bottle of wine, and have fun! (to cook! 🙄 haha)
INGREDIENTS
fish mix
1 medium potato mash2 crab or lobster canes in water (well drained)
2 tsp Les Savoureux Organic BBQ Seasoning
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Coating
1 cup flour
A beaten egg
1 cup commercial breadcrumbs
PREPARATION

Sauté 2 canes of crab or lobster in water in the pan.
In a bowl, mix the ingredients and form small sticks.
Coating
Dip each of the croquettes in the beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
Gently place the croquettes in the hot oil (to check if the oil is hot enough, put a pinch of breadcrumbs in it and if the oil bubbles around it, it is hot enough). Place only 2 croquettes at a time so as not to cool the oil too much. When the oil has regained its heat you can add another one.
Cook the croquettes for about 3 minutes on each side.
