CAJUN PICKLED BEANS
Have you harvested a lot of beans from your vegetable garden and you don't know what to do with them?
Or quite simply, because like me you love pickled beans.
Here is a tasty way to cook them :-) and it's so simple!
I swear you want this permanently in your fridge, it nibbles so well.
You can even use it to decorate a Bloody Caesar, miaaamm!
Ingredients :
Green beans, hulled and well washed.
1/2 cup of water.
1/2 cup white vinegar.
1 tbsp Cajun spice blend.
Preparation :
Pour the water and vinegar into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the Cajun spice blend.
Place the beans in a Mason jar and pour the liquid into the jar.
Put in the fridge for 24-48 hours before tasting so that they absorb the flavors.
