How to make children eat cauliflower? ❤️
In the oven, grill:
- 3 cups of small cauliflower and broccoli florets on a baking sheet, at 350˚ for 30 to 45 minutes.
In a small cauldron, mix and heat over low heat:
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. organic BBQ seasoning soup
- 1 C. butter soup
-1/2 tsp. cornstarch*
Pour the sauce over your vegetables, and enjoy!
*You can replace the cornstarch with a pinch of xanthan gum at the end of cooking.
