PAD THAÏ
Do you like Asian cuisine? Here is a recipe for a classic that everyone loves. A pad thai!!!!!!!!!!!
You've been asking us for a long time, here it is!!!! The Thai mix!!! YOUPPI!!!!!
INGREDIENTS
For the sauce
3 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar or swerve
3 tbsp. tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tbsp. tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
1 C. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. tablespoon Thai mix
For the pad thai:
Rice noodle or konjac noodle
1 lb ground chicken
1 C. soy sauce
1 C. of the Thai mixture and the vegetables of your choice. I like to put bean sprouts, red pepper and snow peas)
Topping:
Green shallot, lime wedge, fresh coriander, chopped peanuts, sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the chicken and add the Thai mixture and soy sauce. Cook until the chicken has lost its pinkish tint. To book.
Cook the pasta as directed by the manufacturer.
In the same skillet used for the chicken, place the vegetables and brown them for a few minutes only. Add pasta, chicken and sauce. Heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Top with the rest of the ingredients
