Homemade keto bread, rosemary bread style
The Savory are seasonings that are perfect for those who eat keto / lchf.
We borrowed the recipe from Emilie, from Famille Kéto , who made cumin and coriander bread. As these are two ingredients that we find in our vegetable seasonings , we simply adapt the proportions of salt and voila!
INGREDIENTS
500 grams Egg whites1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 Cup Melted butter
2 C. Table Psyllium powder
2 C. Table Vegetable Seasoning Les Savoureux
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 C. Guar Gum Tea
1 C. Tea Baking Powder
640 mg Stevia powder
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Beat the egg whites (beat in snow). Add the guar gum and beat for another 1 minute.
In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter and mix it with the dry ingredients.
Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and beat for another minute.
Place the mixture in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 50-55 minutes in the oven.
