For 3 patties
* For 2 crusts (You will have to repeat this step 3 times)
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
A little salt
Butter to butter your pie plate.
Add all the ingredients to the food processor and mix until you get a ball of dough
Separate the ball into two small balls. Place a small ball of dough between two parchment papers.
Roll your dough as thin as possible. Repeat with the other ball.
Butter your pie plate (It will stick otherwise!!) Peel off 1 parchment paper from the dough and gently place the dough in the pie plate. Remove the second paper.
