SPICY HOT CHOCOLATE âđ
After a good morning shoveling or playing in the snow, here is the long-awaited moment! You enjoy a good spicy hot chocolate.
Well-balanced aromas of cocoa, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg await you! âš
For 2 hot chocolates:
200ml coconut milk
200ml water
50 ml of 35% cream (or of your choice)
1 tablespoon dessert spices
1 tbsp sugar of your choice erythritol/monk fruit (or other sweetener of choice, if desired)*
PS: don't look for the cocoa, it's already among the ingredients of the dessert spice đ
Little advice: double or triple the recipe and keep the balance in the fridge đ
* It's tasty, even without using sugar
