Savory Pumpkin Pudding and “Dessert”
WHAT a pumpkin pudding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is a super simple recipe filled with good nutrients. The chia seed comes to give a super interesting texture. Plus, it's low in carbs.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk of your choice
3 tbsp. black chia
2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
Sugar or syrup to taste
1 C. “Dessert” mix
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients and leave to rest in the fridge overnight.At the tasting, you can garnish your pudding with apples, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds.
