DIJON-CAJUN SALMON AND BRUSSELS SPROUTS
A great way to cook salmon. Because salmon is not unanimous among children :-)
A simple and tasty recipe that you can make in the AirFryer or in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
1 piece of salmon
1 C. Dijon soup
Cajun Mix The Tasty to taste
PREPARATION
Brush salmon with Dijon. Sprinkle generously with Cajun mixture. Place in the container of the AirFryer and cook at 325 for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Brussels sprouts side dish
INGREDIENTS
Brussels sprouts
Olive oil
1 C. tablespoon Roasted Onion Mix Les Savoureux
1 C. Les Savoureux Cajun blend
1 C. Dijon tea
1 to 2 tbsp. cream
PREPARATION
Cut the Brussels sprouts into slices for faster cooking.
In a skillet, add a drizzle of oil and brown the Brussels sprouts.
Add the Roasted Onion mixture and the cream, mix well.
Add Dijon and Cajun mix, mix well.
Cook until tender.
To serve, make a bed of Brussels sprouts and place the piece of salmon on top. You can garnish with slivered almonds to add a crunchy touch and it's TASTY!!!!
