TASTY PAD THAI
I make you travel to Thailand in 2 times, 3 movements!
Thai aromas and flavors... I LOVE IT!!!
INGREDIENTS
For the sauce
3 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. tablespoon brown sugar of your choice (I use Swerve)
3 tbsp. tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup (I use sugar-free)
1 C. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. tablespoon Les Savoureux Thai spice mix
For the pad thai
Rice noodle or konjac
1 lb ground chicken
1 C. soy sauce
1 C. Les Savoureux Thai spice blend
and the vegetables of your choice (I like it with bean sprouts, red pepper, snow peas)
Garnish: Green shallot, lime wedge, fresh cilantro, chopped peanuts, sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the chicken, and add the Thai spice mix and the soy sauce. Cook until the chicken has lost its pink color. To book.
Cook noodles according to manufacturer's instructions.
In the same skillet, place the vegetables and sauté them for a few minutes only. Add noodles, chicken and sauce. Mix everything and heat for another 3-4 minutes.
Decorate with the garnish ingredients.
