CURRY-COCO SOUP
soup is always comforting!
But what about this one... OMG!!! I'm salivating just thinking about it!
The sweet flavor of Delicatea squash, blended with the sweet taste of cauliflower, as well as the exotic notes of our Cari-Coco spice blend, creates a perfect balance for this soup!

Its sweet taste is reminiscent of sweet potato. And since its skin is delicate and thin, it is edible! no need to peel it!
INGREDIENTS
1 delicatea squash, cut into pieces
1 cauliflower in florets
1 chopped onion
1 can coconut milk
3 cups of chicken broth
3 tbsp. tablespoon Cari-Coco spice mix
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Wash the squash well, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and fibrous membranes and cut it into pieces.
In a large saucepan, heat a little oil, brown the onion for a few minutes and add the Cari-Coco spices to bring out all the flavors.
Pour in the chicken broth, add the squash pieces, cauliflower and coconut milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Blend everything in a blender or Vitamix.
Decorate with coconut cream or a drizzle of 35% cream, chives and cracked pepper.
