I share with you a food that I discovered a few months ago and that I LOVE. ❤️
A very low carbohydrate, high protein legume.
I put it in my Italian vegetable soup to add a good dose of protein 😃
Vegetables that you have in the fridge or in your optimal freezer.
For my part I put zucchini, onions, celery, carrots, broccoli.
1 liter of chicken broth
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups of water
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 cup lupine flakes
2 tbsp. tablespoon “Italian” or “Spaghetti” mixture
Salt and pepper
If you have a little parmesan crust lying around in the freezer, you can add it too ❤️
Let everything simmer until the vegetables are tender.
