POKE SAUCE
A poke bowl is such a simple, healthy and tasty meal!
I discovered kelp noodles that "fit" really well with this recipe đ
You will say to me: "But Martine, what is kelp?"
It's just seaweed!
There is a mini procedure to tenderize the noodles.
Take the noodles out of the bag and place them in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of baking soda with the juice of half a lemon. Massage the noodles for about 2-3 minutes. You will find that they will soften.
TADAM!!!!
I pass them for 1 minute in the pan with tamari sauce.
In my bowl, I add the vegetables I have on hand, a protein (chicken, shrimp, tofu, salmon or what you want). Noodles.
I add a boiled egg, cooked for 5 minutes so that it remains runny.
Green onion and sesame seed to serve.
Serve with this sauce:
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 C. tablespoon Thai spice mix
1 C. orange zest
2 tbsp. tablespoon soy or tamari sauce
1 C. tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 C. tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice.
Mix all the ingredients until the sauce is homogeneous.
Enjoy!
