My vegetable soup recipe is a REAL classic. Empty your fridge of all the tired vegetables simple like that.
6 carrots, diced
6 celery stalks, minced
3 finely chopped onions
1/2 bag of chopped fresh large spinach
15 small tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp Les Savoureux Vegetable Seasoning.
Put all the vegetables in a cauldron, cover with chicken broth.
Add seasonings and bring to a boil.
Simmer for as long as you can tolerate your hunger. (Us, 1 hour)
*You can make it in the slow cooker
**Add your leftover diced chicken as protein for a complete meal! :)
