Why not chop them up and make some kind of croquettes??? Or even burger patties? Or even in small balls to incorporate into a chicken noodle soup?

It is a meat sauce with Mediterranean spices. She is originally from Cincinnati. This sauce is best served over pasta or hot dogs.
