Tomato-Basil Sheet Pan Shrimp
A flavour-packed, effortless weeknight dinner! Everything roasts right on one pan—juicy Argentine shrimp, sweet bell peppers, burst cherry tomatoes and creamy feta—elevated with our Tomato & Basil blend. Minimal dishes, maximum flavour.
Ingredients (4 servings)
• 500 g raw Argentine shrimp, peeled
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into large cubes
• 1 ½ cups whole cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup feta cheese, cut into cubes
• A drizzle of olive oil (spicy or regular)
• 2 tbsp Les Savoureux Tomato & Basil Seasoning
• 1 tbsp Les Savoureux Roasted Onion Seasoning
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the sheet pan
Spread the shrimp, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes on the baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Tomato & Basil and Roasted Onion seasonings.
Season with a little salt (remember: feta is salty!) and pepper, then mix everything with your hands to coat evenly.
3. Add the feta
Place the feta cubes on top without mixing.
4. Roast
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for extra colour and caramelization.
5. Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy with lemon juice, spicy oil, fresh parsley or basil.
