Burrata on Greek-Style Tomato & Peach Salsa

A sweet-salty-Mediterranean combo that tastes like summer vacation!
🛒 Ingredients (serves 2 to 4 to share)

1 fresh burrata

1 cup tomatoes, seeded and finely diced

1 large ripe peach, finely diced

¼ cup crushed pistachios

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp pomegranate molasses

A pinch of Smoked Salt – Les Savoureux

A few fresh basil leaves

Black pepper (optional)

Crostinis or toasted bread for serving
🥣 Preparation steps

Prepare the salsa
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, peach, Greek spice blend, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses.
Let it rest for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. -
Assemble the dish
Spoon the salsa onto a serving plate and gently place the burrata on top. -
Garnish and serve
Sprinkle the burrata with crushed pistachios and a pinch of Smoked Salt.
Add a few fresh basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil or more pomegranate molasses, and black pepper if desired.
Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!
