Bloody Caesar
Did you know that the Bloody Caesar is a Canadian creation dating back to 1969?
Try to find some in Europe or the USA, to see… It really is a local cocktail, just like poutine or maple syrup.
And at home, we love the Bloody Caesar. It's icy, spicy, tasty and refreshing. It is easy to do. And you can pimp it endlessly.
Just today: I garnished the glass with my " Steak " mixture, I poured some ice cream on the bottom, then I poured: Pure Vodka, Worcestershire, Clamato and a few drops of hot sauce Louisiana and Cajun .
And I garnished it all with a bocconcini skewer - charcuterie, celery and a pickled bean.
My dog approved, but we were the ones who tasted it, well settled on the edge of the swimming pool!
And you, how do you dress up your Bloody Caesar? It's crazy how versatile this drink is!
Ingredients
Ice
"Steak" mix
2 oz of Pure Vodka
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of our "Louisiana and Cajun" hot sauce
Clamato
Garnish of your choice
Preparation
Spoon steak mix into the bottom of a plate. (As you would for celery salt)
Rub half a lemon around the edge of the glass and dip the glass in the "Steak" mixture.
Add the rest of the ingredients in the glass, and savor your bloody while savoring the moment :-)
