Yes, I am sharing another meatball recipe with you... I like good meatballs!!!
This time it's a slightly sweet and very festive dumpling :-) just in time for the holidays.
1 lb ground beef or veal
1 1/2 tsp. tablespoons of the "stuffed bread" mixture
3/4 cup tomato coulis
3/4 cup sugar-free ketchup or your favorite
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
Salt and pepper
Combine meat and STUFFED BREAD seasoning.
Form balls the size of a golf ball.
In a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and brown the meatballs, turning them over so that they are well grilled on each side.
Add the tomato coulis, ketchup and mustard and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
TADAM! simple and tasty.
Once again, poke small skewers into the meatballs so that the guests can taste them easily.
This time watch Aunt Lise carefully so that she leaves some for the others...
