IKEA style Swedish meatballs
We have reinvented the famous Swedish meatballs, by adding our Les Savoureux touch!!
1 cup cream
2 tbsp. dijon
2 tbsp. xanthan gum (or thickener of your choice)
Cook the meatballs in the pan, until they are golden brown.
Add the ingredients for the sauce, mix.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tbsp. tablespoon Spicy Beast Mix
1 cup pork rinds in breadcrumbs (or breadcrumbs of your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
Sauce
2 cups of chicken broth1 cup cream
2 tbsp. dijon
2 tbsp. xanthan gum (or thickener of your choice)
PREPARATION
Thoroughly mix the ground beef, spicy wicked, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper, and shape into meatballs.Cook the meatballs in the pan, until they are golden brown.
Add the ingredients for the sauce, mix.
