We have reinvented the famous Swedish meatballs, by adding our Les Savoureux touch!!
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tbsp. tablespoon Spicy Mean Mix
1 cup pork rinds in breadcrumbs (or breadcrumbs of your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup cream
2 tbsp. dijon
2 tbsp. xanthan gum (or thickener of your choice)
Thoroughly mix the ground beef, spicy wicked, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper, and shape into meatballs.
Cook the meatballs in the pan, until they are golden brown.
Add the ingredients for the sauce, mix.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes
