Cajun Shrimp with Lime & Chive Sour Cream

For this version, we used 8/12 size shrimp.
(Wondering what those numbers mean? 🤔 It’s the number of shrimp per pound: the lower the number, the larger the shrimp.)
Here’s how we made it:
The shrimp:
Sauté the shrimp in a pan, then season with a mix of our RANCH and MÉCHANT PIQUANT blends. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
The sour cream:
Mix the juice and zest of one lime with about 2 tablespoons of fresh chives for 1 to 1½ cups of sour cream. Refrigerate until serving.
