CELERY MARINATED IN PICKLE AND RANCH JUICE
What an original idea!
We like to do something different at Les Savoureux.
They can go wonderfully with your bloody caesar, you can add them to an antipasto board, or even eat them directly as raw food :-)
PSSSSTTT... For your bloody caesar, you can use the STEAK mix to make your glass trick!
INGREDIENTS
Pickle juice
1 to 2 tbsp. RANCH mix
Celery stalks (cut into sticks or not, depending on what you want to use them for)
PREPARATION
Save the juice from your jars of pickles, and add the Ranch spice mix and the celery stalks.
Leave to marinate for 24 hours before serving.
Enjoy!
