BBQ RIBS WITH DRY MARINADE
We had already published a recipe for ribs with homemade BBQ sauce :)
But, yesterday, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to make my own BBQ sauce, even though it's quick to make.
So I just rubbed the BBQ seasoning on the ribs , shouting geronimooo and hoping it would taste good. Bingo! That was delicious!
Choose the piece of meat:
You can use back or side ribs. I recommend the back ones, take the opportunity to fill the freezer when they are on sale.
For cooking:
Cut the ribs into small sections of 2 or 3 ribs. (It handles better). Cook them in simmering water for 2 to 3 hours. (The flesh should fall easily from the bone)
For the seasoning: brush your ribs with olive oil. Sprinkle BBQ seasonings everywhere, to create a good crust.
For the second cooking:
You can cook them on the BBQ right away, or let them marinate all day and cook them later.
Conclusion:
It's not more complicated than that!
(But which is healthier and more economical than buying them in boxes!
PS: The asparagus is cooked in butter and seasoned with Les Savoureux Organic Steak Seasoning .
