BBQ CHICKEN CRAPAUDINE
A good homemade BBQ chicken, with accelerated cooking. The best of worlds!
For cutting:
Cut each side of the chicken's backbone to remove it entirely. You can then place your chicken as in the photo.
For the seasoning:
Brush your chicken with olive oil or lemon juice. Garroche with Les Savoureux organic BBQ seasonings, until you have a good layer. (about 2 tbsp or more for a large chicken)
For cooking:
Preheat half of the grill on high. Oil the grate on the unlit side.
Lay the chicken flat on the unlit section of the barbecue, skin side down on the grill.
Close the barbecue lid. Pour yourself a glass of wine. Cook 45 minutes.
Flip the chicken, fill your glass with wine and continue cooking for 35 minutes or until the flesh flakes with a fork.

PS: The chicken in the picture was baked in the oven, unfortunately it was raining.. 1h30 at 350 degrees, and it was won!
