MARTINE'S CRETON

Are you team mustard with your cretons?
Mustard on the toast or on the creton?
Me it's on creton :-) Don't ask me why, that's how I like to eat my toast with creton.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork
1 tbsp. Roasted Onion seasoning
1 tsp Roasted Garlic seasoning
2 tbsp. of our Grandmother’s Blend (adjust to taste)
1 C. Dijon mustard
1/2 block of cream cheese
Salt and pepper
A drizzle of olive oil
Preparation
Add the meat and sauté for a few minutes. Sprinkle the mixture with sausage powder.
Add 3 cups of water to cover all the meat. Salt and pepper.
Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes
Add mustard and cream cheese.
Simmer an additional 15 minutes.
For a very creamy texture, pass the mixer foot through the preparation. But do not make it too smooth, to keep pieces of meat.
