A Christmas without cranberry sauce is not a real Christmas :-)
2 cups of fresh cranberries
½ cup of sugar of your choice (I use allulose to prevent the sugar from crystallizing)
½ cup of water
½ tsp. “Dessert” mix
A big zest of orange.
Place all the ingredients in a cauldron and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Be careful not to burn and make the sauce stick.
This recipe will be served with the Festive Pork Tenderloin recipe.
It will also be excellent with a preparation of hot Brie, with turkey, etc...
