🧀 Cottage & Feta Whip – Les Savoureux Style
Creamy, savory, and perfectly salty, with a well-balanced herby kick thanks to our Italian Salad blend. Serve it with cherry tomatoes, toasted bread… or just eat it with a spoon (no judgment here).
Ingredients (Serves about 4)

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup feta cheese

1 tbsp Les Savoureux Italian Salad seasoning blend

Cherry tomatoes

Fresh basil

Balsamic glaze

Olive oil
Instructions
1. Whip it up
In a food processor (or high-powered blender), combine the cottage cheese, feta, and Italian Salad seasoning.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
2. Adjust the texture (optional)
If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add a drizzle of olive oil or a tablespoon of plain yogurt to make it smoother.
3. Prep the tomatoes
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Toss with fresh basil, a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Plate it beautifully
Spread the whipped mixture into a shallow serving dish or bowl.
Top with the tomato mixture.
Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and finish with a swirl of balsamic glaze.
5. Serve with love (and bread)
Serve with warm pita, crunchy crostini, fresh veggies — or spread it on toast with a poached egg. It goes with everything.
