HOMEMADE SAUSAGES WITHOUT CASINGS
A simple, quick, and heritage-inspired recipe 💛
At the beginning of this adventure, our seasoning creator wanted to recreate his grandmother’s sausages— juicy, comforting, and full of flavor… but without breadcrumbs (for everyone avoiding gluten) and without casings (because who wants to deal with that on a busy day 😅).
After digging through old family recipes, he found THE original version.
With a modern twist, he replaced breadcrumbs with chia seeds, already included in our Savoureux Grandmother’s Blend — no need to add any!
The result: ultra-easy homemade sausages, healthy, flavorful, and ready in minutes.
🧂 Ingredients (makes 8 to 10 small sausages)
-
2 tbsp water
-
