Perfect Chicken Marinade

A flavorful, creamy, and lemony marinade that will leave your chicken breasts or thighs juicy and packed with taste. Perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.
Ingredients — Makes about 2 to 4 servings:

2 tbsp sour cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1½ tbsp Perfect Chicken seasoning

Juice of half a lemon

1 large garlic clove, finely minced or pressed
Instructions
1. Prepare the marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Poulet Parfait seasoning, and garlic until smooth and well combined.
2. Add the chicken
Place chicken breasts or boneless thighs in a large resealable bag (like a Ziploc) or a dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and make sure each piece is well coated.
3. Let it marinate
Seal the bag or cover the dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours — ideally overnight — for maximum flavor infusion.
4. Cook the chicken
Grill: About 6–8 minutes per side, until fully cooked through.
Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Pan: Medium-high heat, 6–8 minutes per side with a drizzle of oil.
5. Serve hot
Let the chicken rest a few minutes before slicing. Serve with a fresh salad, rice, or grilled vegetables.
