đ„ Turkish Eggs with Dill Pickle Twist
A bold take on classic Turkish eggs, featuring a tangy, creamy, and crunchy yogurt base infused with our Dill Pickle seasoning. Fancy comfort food â no fuss, all flavor.
Ingredients (Serves 2)

4 soft-boiled eggs

2 cups Greek yogurt

2 radishes, finely diced (brunoise)

1œ tbsp Les Savoureux Dill Pickle seasoning

1 dill pickle, finely chopped
-
1 green onion, finely chopped
-
Fresh parsley, to taste

Fresh dill, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the soft-boiled eggs
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil.
Gently add the eggs and cook for 6 minutes for runny yolks.
Immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water for 2 minutes, then peel carefully.
2. Prepare the yogurt base
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the diced radishes, Dill Pickle seasoning, chopped pickle, green onion, herbs, and black pepper.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Chill or leave at room temperature depending on your texture preference.
3. Plate it up
Spoon the yogurt mixture into two shallow bowls.
Slice the soft-boiled eggs in half and place them gently on top, yolks facing up.
Add a pinch of our vegetable salt on the eggs, and garnish with a few sprigs of dill or parsley for a finishing touch.
4. Serve immediately
With warm pita, crispy toasted bread, or baguette slices â perfect for dipping without restraint.
