A crispy roasted potato crust topped with seasoned yogurt, smoked salmon, pickled onions, capers, and crunchy radish slices. A burst of texture and freshness in every bite!
Ingredients (Serves 2 to 4)

1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably 10% M.F.)

1 tbsp Les Savoureux Fish seasoning blend

1 tbsp Les Savoureux Roasted Onion seasoning blend

Fresh dill, to taste

Capers, to taste

Pickled onions (check out our recipe!)

Thinly sliced radishes

About 2 to 3 medium potatoes

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

100–150 g sliced smoked salmon
Instructions
1. Prepare the potato crust
Follow the potato preparation steps from our Dill Pickle Potato Salad recipe — but instead of spreading them on a baking sheet, press the smashed potatoes into a pie dish to form a crust. Bake until golden and crispy.
2. Make the creamy topping
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the Fish and Roasted Onion seasoning blends and a bit of chopped dill.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
3. Assemble the tart
Spread the seasoned yogurt mixture over the crispy potato crust.
Layer the smoked salmon slices on top.
Garnish with capers, pickled onions, radish slices, and a few sprigs of fresh dill.
4. Serve immediately or slightly warm
Perfect for a stylish brunch, a show-stopping appetizer, or a light meal with a green salad.
