Savory Smoked Salmon Potato Crust

A golden potato crust topped with herbed yogurt, smoked salmon, pickled onions, capers, and crunchy radish slices.

đź›’ Ingredients (Serves 2 to 4):

2 to 3 medium potatoes

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 cup Greek yogurt (ideally 10% M.F.)

1 tbsp Les Savoureux Fish seasoning blend
-
1 tbsp Les Savoureux Roasted Onion seasoning blend
-
Fresh dill, to taste
-
100 to 150 g sliced smoked salmon
-
Capers, to taste

Pickled onions (see our recipe)

Thinly sliced radishes
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Make the potato base
Follow the potato prep from our Dill Pickle Potato Salad recipe,
but instead of placing the smashed potatoes on a baking sheet,
press them into a pie dish to form a crust.
Roast until crisp and golden.
Prepare the creamy topping
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the Fish and Roasted Onion seasonings, plus some chopped fresh dill.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Assemble the tart
Spread the seasoned yogurt over the potato crust.
Layer the smoked salmon slices on top.
Add capers, pickled onions, radish slices, and a few extra sprigs of fresh dill for garnish.
