PRALINE PECANS
So easy to make, and wonderful as a hostess gift đâ€
- 4 cups raw pecans
- 1 egg white beaten with a whisk so that it rises a little in foam
- 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of your choice
- 2 large tbsp. dessert seasoning
In a bowl, beat your egg white, add sugar and spices. You will get a kind of paste.
Add the pecans and toss gently to coat well.
Place them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350C. Turn them around every 5 minutes. Take them out of the oven as soon as the pecans start to harden. đ
**Warning, it's extremely hot, you'll have to wait a few minutes before tasting!
