MUSHROOM SOUP
Ah winter, the season of good hot soups!
This soup is delicious, with a very silky texture that comforts as much as a big hug :)
PS: I suggest you double the recipe and bring some to your favorite colleague at the office ❤
Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 punnet of mushrooms, sliced
1 onion
1 can organic coconut milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp vegetable seasoning
PREPARATION
In a saucepan, sauté the onions and mushrooms over low-medium heat, about 5 minutes
Add the chicken broth and cook for 20 minutes
Add the coconut milk and let it heat for a few minutes
Mix everything in a mixer until you get a very smooth texture.
