We all have a cabbage in the back of the fridge that we bought for an emergency.
Don't wait for an emergency to spoil yourself!
This recipe is achievable in 3 steps, is super tasty and is full of good things.
1- Grate 1/2 cabbage in a food processor and 1 carrot
2- Mix 1 cup of the mayo of your choice, 1/8 cup of vinegar, 1/8 cup of water and 1 generous tbsp. tablespoons organic vegetable seasonings.
* If you like it more vinegary, you can play with the proportions of water and vinegar
3- Mix it all up in a big bowl and enjoy all week long!
