Salmon with our Montreal STEAK blend – Les Savoureux

Tender, slightly caramelized oven-baked salmon, brushed with a maple-mustard glaze and finished with our Montreal STEAK seasoning. Simple, fast… restaurant worthy.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
• 2 salmon fillets (150–180 g each)
• 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Montreal STEAK blend – Les Savoureux
Preparation steps:

Make the glaze
In a small bowl, mix the mustard, maple syrup, and olive oil.
Stir in the Montreal STEAK seasoning. -
Prep the fillets
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, skin-side down. -
Brush generously
Coat the top of each fillet with the maple-mustard–Montreal STEAK glaze. -
Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is just tender and lightly caramelized on top.
