Salmon with Fish or Greek Seasoning

They’re simple, ultra fast, and absolutely delicious!
This sheet-pan salmon is the perfect example: everything cooks together in the oven, with minimal prep and almost no dishes. A go-to recipe for busy weeknights that still feels fresh and satisfying.
Ingredients (serves 2–4)
For the sheet-pan salmon:

Salmon fillet, seasoned with Les Savoureux Fish Seasoning

Broccolini
-
Cherry tomatoes
-
Capers
-
Kalamata olives
-
Olive oil
For the fresh herb sauce:

½ cup olive oil
-
1 tbsp Les Savoureux Fish Seasoning
-
1 tbsp whole grain mustard (Dijon-style)

Juice of ½ lemon
-
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
-
A generous handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 green onion, finely sliced
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

On a large baking sheet, place the salmon fillet. Season generously with Les Savoureux Fish Seasoning.

Add the broccolini, cherry tomatoes, capers, and Kalamata olives around the salmon.

Drizzle everything with olive oil.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Fresh Herb Sauce
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce:

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Fish Seasoning, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, parsley, and green onion.

Set aside until ready to serve.
To Serve
Drizzle the fresh herb sauce over the salmon and vegetables just before serving.
