All the ingredients are to taste, so if you like tomatoes a lot you put a lot and if you like olives less then you put less (easy the same)
You can make this recipe at home, camping, at your mother, your mother-in-law, your sister, your cousin....
I did it en papillote on the BBQ or in a pan directly in the oven. And if you're really in a hurry, in a pan directly on the stove... No problem!!!
Ingredients
Clean cherry tomatoes
Feta cheese that you crumble with your hands
A mixture of olives of your choice (Be careful to advise your visit if you take olives with pits)
1 C. tablespoon of our Greek mix
Olive or avocado oil to taste
Preparation
Garroche all the ingredients in a pan or aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 400F, or on the BBQ and TADAM!!!!
10 or 15 minutes later, you will have a starter or something that you can serve as an aperitif and all your guests will be charmed by your cooking skills!!!

Do you know chaffles?
No ? Lord!!!! Your life will change when you make chaffles!!!! (I'm just exaggerating)
To make a simple description, it is a salty and well cheesy waffle. Who doesn't like cheese?
Three ingredients that you mix together, you put that in a waffle iron and TADAM!!!! It's done!
What I like about this recipe is that you can give it your favorite flavor. Do you want to be in Greece? put the greek mixture
Want to get your rind on the beach in Mexico? You put the mexican mix in it!!
In short, all combinations are good :-)
Have fun and let us know!!!
Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 C. teaspoon of the mixture of your choice (I like the BBQ mixture )
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and place in a waffle iron for about 5 minutes.
If you have a mini waffle iron (4 inches) you can easily make two and use them as bread for a burger or even as a pizza crust.

Creamy or traditional?
Me it's Mexican that I like it :-)
I often (read here ALWAYS) have a bag of coleslaw from the grocery store in my fridge.
It's super convenient, it keeps for a long time and who doesn't like coleslaw?
So here's how I give it a Mexican twist.
Ingredients
- A bag of coleslaw
- The juice of a lime
- A drizzle of avocado oil
- Fresh coriander to taste. I know cilantro is not unanimous, but you can also add Italian parsley or the fresh herb of your choice.
- And you "garroche" the Mexican mixture to taste. Starts slow, it's still powerful :-)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy! Simple isn't it?

Here, I confess that I cheat. I'm revisiting my mom's recipe, but making my life easier.
All the spices she uses (cumin, coriander, rosemary, thyme, lemon etc..), they are all found in the organic vegetable seasoning 💚
