In my spouse's family, when they cook ground beef all undone in the pan, they call it loose ground beef haha!
So here is a loose, comforting and very simple ground beef recipe!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
1 punnet of green beans
1 complete recipe of the spicy BBQ sauce which I modify by removing the smoked paprika, but adding 1 tbsp. Cajun mix instead.
Raclette cheese to taste
PREPARATION
In an ovenproof skillet, brown the ground beef and break it into pieces (loose!).
Add all the ingredients for the hot BBQ sauce and the beans.
Mix well.
Arrange the pieces of raclette cheese on top and put in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes.
ENJOY!
