RANCH CHICKEN SPREAD
I find it really handy especially for chicken salad sandwiches. The famous no crust chicken sandwich that we all love!!! Here's a version where you can drizzle the ranch mix. Simple you say?
COD ONE POT PAN
I don't know about you, but I LOVE griddle meals. It's simple, quick and so tasty! We garroche the meat that we have on hand, the vegetables forgotten in the bottom of the fridge, and of course one of our spice mixes, Voila! Dinner is done!
Also, if your freezer is optimal, it will take you 3 minutes to do.
INGREDIENTS
2 beautiful cod fillets or white fish of your choice1 box of cherry tomatoes
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup kalamata olives (or more to taste)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons of the Greek or Italian mixture (I put 2 for maximum flavor)
Olive or avocado oil
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Start the oven at 350Place the fillets on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, place the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place the mixture on the cod fillets and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cod is well cooked.

GREEK LEMON CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts or thighs1/2 lemon, sliced
Green vegetables of your choice
3 tablespoons of capers
Olive or avocado oil
2 heaping tablespoons of the Greek mixture
1/3 of a red onion, sliced
PREPARATION
Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake at 350 until the chicken has lost its pink color inside.
Enjoy!!!
CORDON BLEU RANCH CHICKEN
Ingredients
5 chicken breasts or 10 boneless thighs, halved
A packet of sliced ham (the natural smart ham does not contain sugar)
2 bags of coleslaw
2 cups of cream
4 heaping tablespoons ranch mix
2 cups grated Gruyere cheese (or more, to taste)
Preparation
In the slow cooker, place half the chicken, on top add half the ham, then 1 bag of coleslaw, 1 cup of cream and 2 tbsp. ranch mix.
Repeat the overlaps a second time. Garnish with cheese
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Enjoy!!!
BOLOGNAISE STYLE BLADE ROAST
Ingredients
Blade roast of about 3-4 lbs (take it with the bone, this will give much more flavor to your bolognese)
½ can of crushed tomatoes (freeze the rest for a future recipe)
1 good big cup of red wine (You can also freeze the rest in freezer bags, in 1 cup servings, for future recipes… but I know you're going to drink it hahaha!)
3 tbsp. tablespoon Les Savoureux Italian mix
Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a skillet, brown the roast in a little butter and oil for a few minutes on each side.
Place in the slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients.
Put on low for about 8:00
And let's say you're really in a hurry, you can skip the step of frying the roast in the pan :-)
Serve over zucchini noodles, turnip noodles, spaghetti or even konjac noodles.
Add Parmesan and Enjoy!!!!
